PRAISE FOR RELAUNCHED SHOPMOBILITY

ScooterGo North Devon Ltd as well as providing customers with mobility scooters from its base in Barnstaple Bus station, the charity has recently launched a retail arm. Profits from this will be ploughed back into Shopmobility and ring and ride.

Officially launching the new retail service North Devon MP Nick Harvey said:

'This organisation is an excellent example of a well-managed charity, proactively seeking new and sustainable funding streams to keep core services running in the current financial climate when donations are failing.'
