NICK'S RURAL TOUR KICKS OFF

September 24, 2009 1:51 PM

Nick out and about"My rural tour,' says Nick "is one of my highlights of the summer, as it enables me to renew old acquaintances and reach people outside my regular surgeries in Barnstaple, Ilfracombe and South Molton.

"After the Bournemouth Conference it will be good to get back to grassroots.

"This year I kick off on Monday 28 September at 10am in Instow and over the week will be visiting almost thirty villages across North Devon.

"Appointments are not needed and if you want to turn up for just an informal chat, say hi or to seek help with a particular problem I will be delighted to see you."

If you are a resident of the North Devon constituency and are writing to discuss any issue that Parliament or government is responsible for, you must provide your home address as MPs are generally only permitted to act on behalf of constituents.

If you are not a constituent, you do not need to provide your address, but the matters we can deal with are more limited and you may wish to contact your local MP in the first instance.
